Dedication Day

On Saturday we dedicated K to the Lord and publically promised to raise her in a Christian home filled with God's love and principles. The ceremony was fun to share with the McCartys who were also dedicating little E. We were especially blessed to have the Doughtys and Millers there to support K! (Thanks a bunch for coming! :) It means the world to us!)

Did someone say strike a pose???
While L was introducing our fam, K continued to pose, dance & twirl on stage during the dedication ceremony...truly a painful moment for me to watch her steal the show amidst 30 other families on stage!!! She REALLY loved the spotlight and I have a feeling the world will be seeing much more of her in future years!!!

Happy Valentine's Day!

C's preschool class celebrated Valentine's Day by decorating cookies, exchanging valentines, and going on a number search throughout the church. It was so cute and sweet! K truly believes she is part of this class...as you can see, she fits right in!!!! Sooo fun! :)

Cousinfun

We had the best time in the P.O.!! D's basketball games, Pre-K for the big girlies, coffee and MOPS for the mommies, L's ferry rides and meetings, and lots of play time for the cousins hit the spot! It's so fun to watch the cousins play...D & K spent most of their time snacking and playing Madden Football while C & E & D dressed up like surgeons and performed some serious surgeries!! Tess & Tucker were also a main attraction for the girls...they may be dog whisperers some day??!! C was obsessed with these amazing dogs and hopes Uncle K follows through with his promise (THANKS A LOT DOUGHTY!!!) Good times!!! Thanks for another fabulous time!!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Nothing like a birthday skotcharoo at 7:30 AM!! Welcome to year 32! We can't wait to see what the year has in store for you! Thanks for being such an involved daddy and supportive husband! We love you!!! :)

Daddy Daughter Dance

L & his blue-eyed princess

Nothing quite like being the Prince at the Ball with his 2 princesses. L went to the Ball with C one night and K the next. It was a special night and felt like a true daddy-daughter date that will be remembered for a long time. So glad we could share the experience with great friends M, M, & L. The only thing missing was the pumpkin carriage!

The Children's Museum

We had a great morning at the children's museum with M & L & S!! Face painting, clay creations, grocery store fun, and the water exhibit were the highlights! It is always so much fun to hang with good friends and play hard together. I just hope I can get the face paint off before the daddy/daughter dance tonight! Wish me luck! :)
